Raising and Breeding Wagyu and American Wagyu Cattle
YZ Acres was established in 2016 starting out with just 2 Wagyu bottle babies. As first generation ranchers with a passion for animals, Wade and Sarah Weise (pronounced YZ) quickly grew the ranch into what it is today.
At YZ Acres we pride ourselves on practicing proper animal husbandry along with prioritizing good stewardship of the land we own. Through AI and ET, our goal is to raise seed stock Wagyu that are built to last while also passing down excellent maternal traits and producing a quality beef product. In addition to our cattle operations and freezer beef, we also produce a variety of tallow-based products along with a selection of frozen genetics, including embryos and semen, for customers interested in all things Wagyu.
